PIET KALALO SENGKEY
FOUNDER OF P PRODUCTION
Piet Kalalo Sengkey is the youngest child of The Sengkey’s four children. Born in Pontianak, the equator city of Borneo, where people enjoy culinary life, little Piet had interests in various aspects of cooking. He moved to Jakarta in 1998 to be registered as students in the Atma Jaya University program on Hotel and Tourism and was trained in Singapore. He has a degree in Hotel and Tourism, specializing in Food and Beverages, and has had interests in photography. During his time in Singapore, he started to find his real interests in photography and film making, and the story begins...
HOW WE WORK
CONCEPTING
Pre-Production
Every production is unique. P Production analyzes your needs and determines the best way to approach fulfilling them. We will meet with you to get a complete understanding of your needs, budget, and expectations regarding your project. We also gather information about your business, product, organization, and your target audience.
We develop a plan during the pre-production phase and offer only the services you need without the excess. Then we give you a detailed outline of your production with timelines, services included for the entire production, and delivery specifications.
Some of the many individual services offered in pre-production are storyline or storyboards, scriptwriting, research and development, and location scouting. We take the creative ideas and information from the consultation and develop a script. The script is submitted to you for revisions and feedback. We will keep making changes until the script meets your approval. Then it’s on to the shoot.
SHOOTING
Production
P Production uses a full package of professional digital video, audio, and lighting equipment to make your final artwork look its best. Our crews are composed entirely of industry professionals. We offer a full-service team that includes directors, camera operators, lighting man, grips, sound man, and production audio, just to name a few.
We will use only the crew members needed to get the production done right, no more, no less. Additionally, we are well-versed in all formats and styles of video productions. No production is too big or small. Location is not a matter for us. We can travel to any location and even the extreme for the shoot.
Your project will feature crisp, clear images that look great on High Definition (HD) or Ultra High Definition (4K) Productions.
EDITING
Post Production
Once the shoot is completed, all the elements of your project come together: images, sound, graphics, animation, narration, music, sound effects, and any other special effects. P Production offers a full range of post-production services.
During picture editing, we work with you so that we get your vision right. We invite our clients to give us feedback during post-production and work together to see your production through. Our music composers and extensive sound effects libraries bring your creation to life as well as our team of graphic designers.
Lastly, we are experienced in all delivery formats. Is your production going off-air? Online? Or Streaming? We have all the necessary resources to deliver your final cut in any format and on time.
